Partiendo de nuestro conocimiento, experiencia profesional y de un enfoque profundamente <strong>pr\u00e1ctico y experiencial<\/strong>, empezamos a desarrollar programas para <strong>empresas y organizaciones<\/strong> centrados en el desarrollo humano, en la calidad de las relaciones y en la creaci\u00f3n de contextos de trabajo m\u00e1s <strong>saludables<\/strong> y <strong>colaborativos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde entonces, hemos trabajado con l\u00edderes, equipos, empresas y organizaciones, en diferentes contextos y pa\u00edses, creando espacios de aprendizaje donde es posible parar, experimentar, cuestionar y desarrollar nuevas formas de estar, trabajar y relacionarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lo largo de este camino tambi\u00e9n hemos ido colaborando con diferentes escuelas, empresas, universidades, instituciones y colaboradores, ampliando perspectivas y enriqueciendo nuestra pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Y seguimos evolucionando\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A medida que el mundo del trabajo se transforma, tambi\u00e9n cambian las preguntas que nos hacemos. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la <strong>Inteligencia Artificial<\/strong> ha pasado inevitablemente a formar parte de esa reflexi\u00f3n.
