(parte 2)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>La autocompasi\u00f3n nos ayuda a mirar lo que hay en nosotros, con aceptaci\u00f3n y amabilidad.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kristin Neff, una de las investigadoras l\u00edderes en este campo y creadora del programa Mindfulness Self Compassion (\u00f3 MSC si utilizamos s\u00f3lo las siglas), define la autocompasi\u00f3n en tres pasos fundamentales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mindfulness:<\/strong> la conciencia de lo que somos y de lo que experimentamos. La capacidad de observar nuestros pensamientos y emociones sin autocr\u00edtica, pero tambi\u00e9n sin sobre identificaci\u00f3n. Eso significa afrontar los pensamientos y las emociones (incluso las m\u00e1s desagradables) como experiencias que tenemos y no confundirnos con lo que \u00absomos\u00bb. Puede que no controlemos los pensamientos y las emociones que surgen, pero de alguna manera podemos elegir lo que hacemos con ellos.<\/li><li><strong>Bondad y ausencia de juicio<\/strong>: \u00bfhas notado que casi siempre es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil ser amable con los dem\u00e1s que con nosotros? Ser m\u00e1s comprensivos cuando sufrimos, cometemos errores y fallamos nos ayuda a reducir el sufrimiento, la frustraci\u00f3n y el estr\u00e9s y a manejar las emociones con mayor ecuanimidad.<\/li><li><strong>Sentido de Humanidad Com\u00fan<\/strong>: aceptar que el error, el fracaso, las emociones dif\u00edciles e incluso la insuficiencia\/lo poco apropiado son parte de la experiencia humana nos ayuda a no caer en la trampa de los extremos: la idea de victimizaci\u00f3n, del \u201cesto solo me pasa a mi\u00bb; y la idea de que \u00abalgo falla en m\u00ed y no deber\u00eda sentir esto que siento\u00bb.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para finalizar, me gustar\u00eda compartir que practicar m\u00e1s la autocompasi\u00f3n me ayud\u00f3 a transformar la culpa en la responsabilidad. Siempre me sent\u00ed muy culpable por mis imperfecciones, hasta que me di cuenta de que usaba la \u201cculpa\u201d para curiosamente poder sentirme mejor. De esa manera, pod\u00eda seguir sinti\u00e9ndome como alguien que quiere ser una \u201cbuena persona\u201d y que se siente culpable por hacer algo mal. Pero la culpa no ayuda a nadie. Tampoco a m\u00ed. La culpa nos bloquea. La culpa nos hunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy en d\u00eda, al mirar mis errores y fracasos con mayor autocompasi\u00f3n, me ayud\u00f3 a sentir responsabilidad en lugar de culpa. Y la responsabilidad me ayuda a aceptar lo que ha sido y lo que es, y desde ah\u00ed, a conectar con la motivaci\u00f3n para diferente y mejor. La pr\u00e1ctica de la atenci\u00f3n plena (o Mindfulness) es una de las herramientas que m\u00e1s he usado para cultivar mi autocompasi\u00f3n.
