Es una paradoja encontrar tanto ruido interno cuando lo que queremos es sentarnos en silencio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es una paradoja que experimentar\ndolor suavice el dolor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es una paradoja que permanecer\ninm\u00f3viles nos pueda llevar tan profundamente en la vida y en el ser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A nuestra mente no le gustan las paradojas. Nosotros queremos tener las cosas claras para mantener nuestra ilusi\u00f3n de seguridad. La certeza produce una satisfacci\u00f3n tremenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, cada uno de nosotros tenemos un nivel m\u00e1s profundo del ser que ama las paradojas. Que sabe que el verano ya est\u00e1 creciendo como la semilla en el seno del invierno. Sabe que, en el momento en que nacemos, empezamos a morir. Sabe que toda vida resplandece en las sombras de un devenir. Que sombras y luz van siempre juntas, lo indivisible fundido en lo visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cuando nos sentamos en quietud, estamos profundamente activos. Al guardar silencio, podemos escuchar el bramido de la existencia. En nuestro deseo de ser el yo que somos, nos convertimos en uno con todas las cosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
