Este momento hist\u00f3rico que vivimos con la pandemia ha agravado\nmuchos de estos s\u00edntomas. Muchos de nosotros nos sentimos desconectados,\natrapados en rutinas pasadas que ya no tienen significado y vivimos en\nconstante preocupaci\u00f3n o miedo. La buena noticia es que, con la pr\u00e1ctica,\npodemos mejorar nuestro bienestar y alcanzar un estado de mayor equilibrio y\nsatisfacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un metaan\u00e1lisis publicado en la revista <em>Nature Human Behavior<\/em> y que examina m\u00e1s de 400 estudios realizados con m\u00e1s de 50.000 participantes, evalu\u00f3 varios enfoques psicol\u00f3gicos y su impacto en la mejora del bienestar. Los participantes se clasificaron en tres categor\u00edas: personas con buena salud en general, personas con enfermedades mentales y personas con enfermedades f\u00edsicas. Los investigadores concluyeron que, en estos tres grupos, todos se beneficiaron de la pr\u00e1ctica de Mindfulness. M\u00e1s concretamente, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se han desarrollado y publicado numerosos estudios sobre los beneficios de la pr\u00e1ctica regular del mindfulness para el alivio de problemas de salud f\u00edsica o mental, como el dolor cr\u00f3nico, la ansiedad, el estr\u00e9s y la depresi\u00f3n o en la mejora del bienestar general, la autocompasi\u00f3n, la empat\u00eda, la alegr\u00eda y la satisfacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e1ctica del\nmindfulness (entendido de forma simplificada, como la capacidad de prestar\natenci\u00f3n intencionalmente a nuestras experiencias internas y externas, con una\nactitud de curiosidad, amabilidad y no juicio) permite el entrenamiento de\ndiferentes mecanismos relacionados con el bienestar, a saber:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La capacidad de concentrarse en el momento presente (facilita menos rumia, reduce la ansiedad y el estr\u00e9s y permite emociones m\u00e1s positivas como la gratitud)<\/li><li>La capacidad de descentrarse (la observaci\u00f3n sin autoidentificaci\u00f3n permite la aceptaci\u00f3n y manejo de experiencias negativas sin conductas de evitaci\u00f3n y negaci\u00f3n)<\/li><li>Autocompasi\u00f3n (fomenta estados positivos como ecuanimidad, motivaci\u00f3n e interconexi\u00f3n)<\/li><li>Autorregulaci\u00f3n emocional (te permite reconocer y romper patrones de comportamiento y responder a situaciones con un impacto m\u00e1s positivo)<\/li><li>Empat\u00eda y compasi\u00f3n (permite una mayor comprensi\u00f3n y conexi\u00f3n con el otro, evitando el agotamiento y las conductas antisociales)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En definitiva, si quieres\ntrabajar para mejorar tu bienestar, entonces no hay duda de que incorporar\nMindfulness a tu vida diaria puede ser una excelente decisi\u00f3n. La pr\u00e1ctica de mindfulness\nno es exclusiva de momentos estructurados y dedicados como la meditaci\u00f3n.
