Esta expresi\u00f3n se refiere a la volatilidad, incertidumbre, caos y ambig\u00fcedad del vivir en el siglo XXI, una \u00e9poca en que la globalizaci\u00f3n y los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos han creado un mercado laboral en constante cambio y un mundo donde la comunicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 presente las 24 horas del d\u00eda. La presi\u00f3n para obtener grandes resultados, el alto rendimiento y la multitarea son parte del trabajo en tiempos VICA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los avances en psicolog\u00eda y neurociencia est\u00e1n ayudando a las empresas a reconocer que los recursos cognitivos y emocionales de sus empleados determinan, adem\u00e1s de su salud y su bienestar, tambi\u00e9n su desempe\u00f1o, particularmente en lo referente a su capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n ante el cambio, la creatividad y la innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e1ctica de la atenci\u00f3n plena est\u00e1 a la vanguardia de esta tendencia, en parte debido a su creciente popularidad, pero tambi\u00e9n y principalmente debido al crecimiento exponencial de los estudios cient\u00edficos que soportan los beneficios de su pr\u00e1ctica continuada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existe amplia evidencia de que la pr\u00e1ctica de la atenci\u00f3n plena es efectiva para reducir el estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad y la depresi\u00f3n.
