Tomamos un grupo de adultos perfectamente sanos,\nsin signos de ansiedad, y luego los privamos de dormir por una noche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por cada hora que estaban despiertos\npor encima de las 16 horas est\u00e1ndar, su &nbsp;ansiedad comenz\u00f3 a escalar, y aument\u00f3\ndram\u00e1ticamente, y sin mostrar se\u00f1ales de nivelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De hecho, a la ma\u00f1ana siguiente, el &nbsp;50% de los participantes en el estudio\nhubiesen sido diagnosticados con \u00abniveles cl\u00ednicos\u00bb de un trastorno\nde ansiedad. Y esto en tan solo 24 horas. Porque tambi\u00e9n descubrimos que, cuando dimos a esas personas una\nnoche de sue\u00f1o saludable y completa, la cantidad de reducci\u00f3n en su ansiedad\ndurante la noche es predecible seg\u00fan la cantidad de sue\u00f1o profundo que estaban\nteniendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En otras palabras, todos pensamos en\nc\u00f3mo podemos evitar la angustia, c\u00f3mo podemos reducir nuestra ansiedad\u2026 y ya\nsabes, la meditaci\u00f3n es genial, algunas personas recurren a medicamentos&#8230; &nbsp;todo esto lo\nentiendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, intentar controlar tu\nestr\u00e9s en la vida a trav\u00e9s de la meditaci\u00f3n\u2026 no es f\u00e1cil de implementar.
