{"id":6969,"date":"2022-10-20T18:47:01","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T18:47:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theschoolofwe.com\/?p=6969"},"modified":"2022-10-20T18:47:02","modified_gmt":"2022-10-20T18:47:02","slug":"una-mirada-al-agotamiento-y-el-bienestar-en-las-organizaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theschoolofwe.com\/es\/una-mirada-al-agotamiento-y-el-bienestar-en-las-organizaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Una mirada al agotamiento y el bienestar en las organizaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las organizaciones de hoy se enfrentan niveles crecientes de estr\u00e9s y agotamiento (o <em>burn-out<\/em>, como se conoce en ingl\u00e9s) en sus empleados. En esta fase posterior a la pandemia en la que muchas empresas se han visto obligadas a pivotar, empleados en todos los niveles se enfrentaron a un mundo VUCA (vol\u00e1til, incierto, complejo, ambiguo) en cualquier aspecto de sus vidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adicionalmente, la incertidumbre que estamos viviendo a nivel social, econ\u00f3mico y pol\u00edtico empeora la situaci\u00f3n. Ya nadie tiene dudas de que vivimos tiempos complejos y provocadores al tiempo que la forma en que trabajamos cambiando constantemente a velocidad de v\u00e9rtigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a los efectos de la pandemia en la salud mental, un estudio observacional desarrollado por el <em>Instituto Ricardo Jorge<\/em>, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la <em>Facultad de Medicina de Lisboa <\/em>y la <em>Sociedad Portuguesa de Psiquiatr\u00eda y Salud Mental<\/em>, concluy\u00f3 con valores altos en la evaluaci\u00f3n del impacto de la COVID-19 sobre la salud mental de la poblaci\u00f3n, destacando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>33,7% de sufrimiento psicol\u00f3gico.<\/li><li>27% de ansiedad moderada o severa.<\/li><li>26,5% de estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico.<\/li><li>26.4% de depresi\u00f3n moderada a severa.<\/li><li>25,2 % de agotamiento (o <em>burn-out<\/em>)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos n\u00fameros empeoran cuando consideramos el subgrupo de aquellos individuos que pasaron por una cuarentena, un aislamiento o un proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n del COVID19, con un 72% de sufrimiento psicol\u00f3gico, un 56% de depresi\u00f3n, un 36% de ansiedad y un 43% de est\u00b4res postraum\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los niveles de <em>burnout <\/em>han aumentado debido a la pandemia, no hay duda al respecto. Pero este no es un desaf\u00edo nuevo para empleados y organizaciones. Ya en 2019, la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) identific\u00f3 oficialmente el \u201c<em>agotamiento (o burn-out, en ingl\u00e9s)<\/em>\u201d como un \u00abf<em>en\u00f3meno ocupacional<\/em>\u00bb y lo describi\u00f3 como resultado del \u201c<em>estr\u00e9s laboral cr\u00f3nico que no se maneja con \u00e9xito<\/em>\u201d. Por lo tanto, el desarrollo de estrategias para manejar el estr\u00e9s es esencial para nuestra capacidad de hacer frente a los desaf\u00edos y nuestra capacidad de ser resilientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n hay buenas noticias. Seg\u00fan numerosos estudios procedentes de todos los rincones del mundo, <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"el entrenamiento en inteligencia emocional y en mindfulness (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/theschoolofwe.com\/es\/servicios\/programa-de-bienestar-emocional-mental\/\" target=\"_blank\">el entrenamiento en inteligencia emocional y en mindfulness<\/a><\/strong>, o la atenci\u00f3n plena, puede ayudar a las personas a manejar con \u00e9xito el estr\u00e9s, cultivar la resiliencia, aumentar su compromiso laboral e incluso a fortalecer la respuesta del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La OMS tiene muy claro cu\u00e1l es la mejor manera de avanzar. Dos publicaciones de la OMS nos ofrecen una respuesta directa.
