Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
My work involves helping decision-makers and business leaders on how to succeed with digital transformation and with the challenges of the XXI century.
My life is a quest for easiness, peace, and nature.
My walk is an open experience for love-in-action and slow life.
My teachings focus on what I want to learn the most by balancing what I know and what I do not know.
So, this is why I teach how to let come the new and let go the old, how to better manage the dance between automatic pilot and awareness, and how to facilitate change for the better in business, society, family, and the self (my four key dimensions in our daily WE).
Business & Economics
Life put me on the way of business. I was born in a family of humble entrepreneurs and I have grown up surrounded by businessmen, always talking sales and profits. So, it was simple steps forward that I got a bachelor’s degree in economics, an MBA by the University of Houston, and a Senior Management Executive Program by IESE.
No surprises, my professional career includes working as an executive manager in global corporations and growing as serial entrepreneur.
Nowadays, I enjoy participating in alternative economics and exploring new ways of doing business in pursue of a better, more beautiful self for a better, more beautiful society.
Technology & Innovation
I feel very fortunate. I have actively participated in the birth, growth and consolidation of the Internet and the IT industry. A new world unfolded in front of me. 25 years of digital work experience allow me to enjoy an easy understanding of where we come from, where we are now, and where we are moving forward.
This love story with technology and with innovation pushed me in a search of the “inner technology” that could help people to manage the inner side effects of this fast-paced change which is happening all around.
This is how “digital transformation” put me in the way of “organizational transformation” and “personal transformation”, and this is how I felt in love of authors like Otto Scharmer, Daniel Goleman, Charles Eisenstein, Daniel Kanehman, and Yuval Noah Harari.
Love & Freedom
At thirty-something I discovered that I was not happy. I had what I was supposed to have: family, money, success. But I felt empty.
So, I received the call for change. Although it started chaotic and with difficulties, it was soon that I received good help and direction. I became a committed practitioner and trainer of kundalini yoga, conscious sexuality, and mindfulness. I found a new walk the talk which become the focus of my research and practice: balancing inner/outer, mind/heart, money/love, personal/ professional, and masculine/feminine.
In 2014, I felt the need to organize these new experiences and perspectives and I wrote the novel #lovetopía. El Nuevo Mundo que Llevamos en Nuestro Corazón.
Nowadays, I enjoy a life of wellbeing as an adventurer of the different and the new, where true love and freedom are as present as everyday eating and sleeping.
Love your neighbor as yourself
