Mudou no passado e mudar\u00e1 no futuro. O que torna atualmente a mudan\u00e7a especial \u00e9 que estamos a sentir isso em tempo real, pois &#8220;este \u00e9 o nosso tempo&#8221; e as mudan\u00e7as parecem enormes: sabemos que elas s\u00e3o profundamente disruptivas, muito r\u00e1pidas e impactam quase todas as \u00e1reas da vida de uma s\u00f3 vez. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\">Por isso<strong>, na The School of We<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"list_mision justify-2 wp-block-list\"><li>propomos <strong>caminhos de aprendizagem<\/strong> para que a viv\u00eancia do \u201cn\u00f3s\u201d possa acontecer em todos os n\u00edveis relevantes, especialmente nos neg\u00f3cios, na sociedade e no ser individual. Desenvolvemos e propomos pr\u00e1ticas que facilitem uma aprendizagem profunda e uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o que permita integrar o novo com facilidade na vida quotidiana.<\/li><li>estamos especialmente comprometidos em <strong>construir um mundo de amor e beleza<\/strong>, um mundo em que as pessoas adotem um estilo de <strong>vida triple-like e triple-win<\/strong>, onde os neg\u00f3cios e as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es compreendam, cuidem, respeitem e assumam uma total responsabilidade sobre (i) a integridade de quem somos como seres humanos, (ii) as pessoas com quem interagimos e (iii) o ambiente em que vivemos.<\/li><li>acreditamos que a <strong>transforma\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal <\/strong>\u00e9 o primeiro passo necess\u00e1rio para qualquer mudan\u00e7a profunda e sist\u00e9mica nos neg\u00f3cios e na sociedade.
