Adicionalmente, praticamos mindfulness para treinar a consci\u00eancia: o estar presente e atento, como base para todas as outras compet\u00eancias de IE. Uma pr\u00e1tica cont\u00ednua poder\u00e1 trazer-nos os seguintes benef\u00edcios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maior concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e calma.<\/li><li>Melhor regula\u00e7\u00e3o emocional e tomada de decis\u00f5es mais assertivas.<\/li><li>Aumentar a resili\u00eancia.<\/li><li>Promo\u00e7\u00e3o da criatividade e da inova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de maior conex\u00e3o e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/theschoolofwe.com\/pt-pt\/o-valor-da-inteligencia-emocional-em-tempos-dificeis-parte-1\/\">artigo anterior<\/a><\/strong> explor\u00e1mos os dois primeiros pontos. Vamos agora explorar os tr\u00eas \u00faltimos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aumentar a resili\u00eancia e evitar o esgotamento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Especialmente nestes tempos em que enfrentamos novos desafios no dia a dia, a resili\u00eancia manifesta-se tanto na adaptabilidade como na preven\u00e7\u00e3o do burnout. A compet\u00eancia de IE de autogest\u00e3o facilita uma tomada de decis\u00e3o mais consciente e maior adaptabilidade e flexibilidade de resposta. Por outro lado, a autoconsci\u00eancia ajuda-nos a reconhecer quando o nosso estado f\u00edsico, mental ou emocional n\u00e3o est\u00e1 bem. Essa consci\u00eancia permite-nos identificar o que devemos parar e quando devemos descansar para recarregar, ao inv\u00e9s de atingir um n\u00edvel de exaust\u00e3o que n\u00e3o nos permite funcionar. Tamb\u00e9m podemos ficar exaustos de ang\u00fastia emp\u00e1tica (ou ser oprimidos pelo sofrimento dos outros). A consci\u00eancia ajuda-nos a perceber o impacto que temos sobre os outros e como as nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es podem ajudar os nossos colegas. Empatia \u00e9 a capacidade de adotar a perspectiva dos outros, sentir o que eles podem estar a experienciar e entender que cada um o faz \u00e0 sua maneira.
