(parte 1)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Durante muito tempo a auto-compaix\u00e3o foi para mim uma palavra mal-amada. Associava-a ao acto de ter pena de mim e sentia que se tivesse pena de mim, os outros tamb\u00e9m teriam e eu nunca quis ser uma \u201cvitima\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demorou algum tempo at\u00e9 perceber que sem auto-compaix\u00e3o, n\u00e3o pode existe compaix\u00e3o pelo outro. Que cuidar dos outros (algo que sempre este muito presente em mim) s\u00f3 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel se cuidarmos de n\u00f3s primeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao mesmo tempo sinto que esta n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas a minha experi\u00eancia, mas um retrato da sociedade em que vivemos, principalmente na minha gera\u00e7\u00e3o e nas anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul Gilbert, fundador da <strong>Terapia Focada na Compaix\u00e3o<\/strong> (CFT) diz-nos que a grande maioria das pessoas tem receio de ser auto-compassiva porque sentem que n\u00e3o merecem isso. Esta \u00e9 a realidade que criamos, incutida pela influ\u00eancia social que faz com que sintamos que para sermos melhores e nos \u201cconsertarmos\u201d necessitamos de solu\u00e7\u00f5es externas, que n\u00e3o somos suficientes, que temos que ser \u201cperfeitos\u201d, que j\u00e1 \u201cnascemos em pecado\u201d e em pecado morreremos\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enquanto crian\u00e7as a grande maioria de n\u00f3s sentiu o bloqueio de n\u00e3o podermos expressar as nossas opini\u00f5es e as suas emo\u00e7\u00f5es. \u201cA crian\u00e7a n\u00e3o tem opini\u00e3o\u201d, \u201cpara de chorar ou \u201clevas\u201d mais\u201d, \u201cos homens n\u00e3o choram\u201d, \u201cmuda de cara e sorri para as pessoas\u201d, \u201cn\u00e3o deves sentir-te assim\u201d, e tantas outras express\u00f5es que fizeram parte da nossa educa\u00e7\u00e3o\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois chegamos a adultos sem linguagem emocional, com dificuldade de regular as nossas emo\u00e7\u00f5es, deixando-as \u201cexplodir\u201d em comportamentos impulsivos ou deixando-as entranhar-se no \u00e2mago e nas v\u00edsceras dando cabo da nossa sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A auto-compaix\u00e3o \u00e9 uma estrat\u00e9gia fundamental para a regula\u00e7\u00e3o emocional. <\/em>E as emo\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o aquilo que nos conecta com os outros, por isso tem um reflexo individual e colectivo.  Ao contr\u00e1rio da ideia que nos foi incutida, a auto-compaix\u00e3o n\u00e3o nos leva \u00e0 passividade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelo contr\u00e1rio, a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o (e a n\u00e3o rejei\u00e7\u00e3o) de que o erro, o fracasso, as emo\u00e7\u00f5es dif\u00edceis fazem parte deste caminho que \u00e9 a vida, levam a uma maior motiva\u00e7\u00e3o para continuar a caminhar e a fazer melhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dos estudos efetuados nesta \u00e1rea, desenvolvido pelos investigadores <strong>Breines &amp; Chen da Universidade da Calif\u00f3rnia<\/strong> avaliou os efeitos de um treino de compaix\u00e3o com um grupo de estudo e usando dois grupos-controlo, um sem interven\u00e7\u00e3o e o outro com um treino de auto-estima. &nbsp;&nbsp;Os resultados do grupo de auto-compaix\u00e3o foram melhores que os dois grupos de controlo e foi conclu\u00eddo que a auto-compaix\u00e3o pode aumentar a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o de auto-aperfei\u00e7oamento uma vez que encoraja as pessoas a enfrentar os seus erros e fraquezas sem  auto-deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e sem um auto-engrandecimento defensivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A auto-compaix\u00e3o ajuda-nos a olhar para o que existe em n\u00f3s, com aceita\u00e7\u00e3o e com amabilidade.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante muito tempo a auto-compaix\u00e3o foi para mim uma palavra mal-amada.
