Costumamos chamar esse treino de \u201c<strong>pr\u00e1tica integrada<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando come\u00e7amos o\ntreino, especialmente se o nosso desafio \u00e9 acalmar a mente e encontrar um\nequil\u00edbrio emocional, concentramo-nos no tri\u00e2ngulo superior e entregamo-nos a\npraticar a quietude do ser treinando a aten\u00e7\u00e3o, a inten\u00e7\u00e3o e a atitude. No\nentanto, \u00e0 medida que avan\u00e7amos neste treino, \u00e9 muito importante estender a\npr\u00e1tica para qualquer &#8220;fazer&#8221;, integrando tamb\u00e9m a a\u00e7\u00e3o e o impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assim, e somente\ndesta forma, completaremos a nossa pr\u00e1tica e entraremos num estado de ser e\nfazer melhor, de forma mais consciente, atenta, \u201cmindful\u201d diriam alguns, onde\n&#8220;damos conta\u201d de tudo o que interv\u00e9m e de tudo o que envolve o \u201ceu\u201d que\nsou, o outro ou outros com quem interajo e a vida na qual participamos, mesmo\nque quando n\u00e3o est\u00e3o presentes na situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 por tudo isso que\na medita\u00e7\u00e3o e o mindfulness requerem praticar, praticar e praticar com muita\npaci\u00eancia. Algo que, a partir do jogo de conceitos, gosto de lembrar como \u201c<strong>os\n4Ps da medita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u201d: p-raticar, p-raticar, p-raticar com p-aci\u00eancia. Porque \u00e9\nna pr\u00e1tica e s\u00f3 na pr\u00e1tica que transcendemos os nossos &#8220;pilotos\nautom\u00e1ticos&#8221; e escolhemos novas formas de ser e de fazer. Porque \u00e9 somente\ncom a pr\u00e1tica repetida que a din\u00e2mica da neuroplasticidade reconfigura as nossas\nconex\u00f5es neurais e consolida o que estamos a praticar na estrutura e no\nfuncionamento do c\u00e9rebro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chegado a este\nmomento, \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil entender as tr\u00eas pr\u00e1ticas base do mindfulness:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>a <a href=\"https:\/\/theschoolofwe.com\/pt-pt\/meditacao-4-pratica-de-atencao-focada-na-respiracao\/\">aten\u00e7\u00e3o focada<\/a><\/strong> ajuda-nos a manter a aten\u00e7\u00e3o a\u00ed onde escolhemos que ela esteja;<\/li><li><strong>a <a href=\"https:\/\/theschoolofwe.com\/pt-pt\/meditacao-3-pratica-de-atencao-plena\/\">aten\u00e7\u00e3o aberta<\/a><\/strong> ajuda-nos a abrir a nossa aten\u00e7\u00e3o para os m\u00faltiplos eventos e a observ\u00e1-los simultaneamente;<\/li><li><strong>o <a href=\"https:\/\/theschoolofwe.com\/pt-pt\/meditacao-2-pratica-de-rastreio-corporal\/\">rastreio corporal<\/a><\/strong> ajuda-nos a incluir as sensa\u00e7\u00f5es do corpo na nossa experi\u00eancia de ser e fazer.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da mesma forma, o\ntreino completo tem um efeito na nossa &#8220;<strong>meta-aten\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>&#8220;. Numa\nprimeira fase, a meta-aten\u00e7\u00e3o manifesta-se como a habilidade de auto-observar a\nnossa pr\u00f3pria experi\u00eancia da mente. Com a pr\u00e1tica, a meta-aten\u00e7\u00e3o cresce e\nexpande-se em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 nossa experi\u00eancia do corpo, \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o que realizamos e ao\nimpacto que geramos. \u00c9 assim que come\u00e7amos a experimentar a &#8220;<strong>presen\u00e7a<\/strong>&#8220;,\nessa &#8220;darmo-nos conta&#8221; de estar plenamente no aqui e agora. E \u00e9 com a\npr\u00e1tica repetida que essa presen\u00e7a se &#8220;<strong>encarna<\/strong>&#8221; (o que\nequivale a dizer que est\u00e1 integrada no corpo) e nos proporciona uma experi\u00eancia\nde vida muito mais plena e harmoniosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esse reconhecimento\nde que a pr\u00e1tica completa de Mindfulness inclui o treino repetido dos cinco\nelementos (aten\u00e7\u00e3o, inten\u00e7\u00e3o, atitude, a\u00e7\u00e3o e impacto) permite-nos entrar numa\nautoconsci\u00eancia e autogest\u00e3o muito maiores. S\u00f3 a partir deste reconhecimento\npoderemos gerir quem somos e oferec\u00ea-lo aos outros de forma plena, com respeito\ne com responsabilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No meu\nentendimento, o grande \u201cesquecimento\u201d em muitas das propostas de mindfulness e\nmedita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o &#8220;impacto&#8221; e o fato de que esse impacto se manifesta em\ntr\u00eas n\u00edveis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>impacto que o meu ser e fazer causa \u201c<strong>na minha pr\u00f3pria experi\u00eancia de vida<\/strong>\u201d;<\/li><li>impacto que o meu ser e fazer provoca \u201c<strong>na experi\u00eancia vital daqueles com quem interajo e partilho a vida<\/strong>\u201d;<\/li><li>impacto que o meu ser e fazer provoca \u201c<strong>em tudo aquilo e em quem, fazendo parte da vida, n\u00e3o est\u00e1 presente<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De uma forma\nsimples, desde o jogo, gosto de estender a meta-aten\u00e7\u00e3o escolhendo &#8220;entrar\nna a\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, que \u00e9 o mesmo que escolher atuar, experienciando um &#8220;<strong>triplo\ngosto<\/strong>&#8221; (gosto do que fa\u00e7o, gosto da forma como o fa\u00e7o e gosto de onde\no fa\u00e7o), mas tamb\u00e9m incluo \u201co impacto nos seus tr\u00eas n\u00edveis\u201d, sempre \u00e0 procura\nde uma \u201c<strong>vit\u00f3ria tripla<\/strong>\u201d (eu ganho; ganha aquele ou aqueles com quem interajo;\ne ganha o todo n\u00e3o presente).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talvez a raz\u00e3o de\ntermos esquecido muito o impacto nos seus tr\u00eas n\u00edveis e especialmente no n\u00edvel\nsuperior (aquele impacto sobre o \u201ctodo n\u00e3o presente\u201d), seja porque carregamos\numa tradi\u00e7\u00e3o excessiva de pensamento linear, de simples causalidade, de uma\n\u00fanica causa-efeito. Talvez tamb\u00e9m porque a globaliza\u00e7\u00e3o torna dif\u00edcil antecipar\nos efeitos de nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es, uma vez que contribuem para cadeias de causalidade\naparentemente infinitas que se manifestam em lugares e com pessoas que est\u00e3o\nmuito, muito distantes e totalmente desconhecidas. Aqui, sem hesita\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 \u00fatil\nexplorar o \u201c<strong>pensamento sist\u00e9mico<\/strong>\u201d, uma forma de compreender a\ncausalidade das nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es em toda a sua complexidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para terminar por\nhoje, este reconhecimento de que a pr\u00e1tica completa de mindfulness inclui o\ntreino repetido dos cinco elementos (aten\u00e7\u00e3o, inten\u00e7\u00e3o, atitude, a\u00e7\u00e3o e\nimpacto) leva-nos a entender que podemos e devemos levar a pr\u00e1tica a todas as\nfacetas da nossa vida. E que as muitas propostas que nos chegam s\u00e3o\nsimplesmente sabores diferentes do mesmo, onde cada sabor especifica o cuidado\nde aten\u00e7\u00e3o, inten\u00e7\u00e3o e atitude num determinado campo de a\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>lideran\u00e7a consciente<\/em>: cuidar da a\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201cliderar\u201d e do \u201cimpacto\u201d que causa;<\/li><li><em>colabora\u00e7\u00e3o consciente<\/em>: cuidar da a\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201ccolaborar\u201d e do \u201cimpacto\u201d que ela causa;<\/li><li><em>empreendedorismo consciente<\/em>: cuidar da a\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201cempreender\u201d e do \u201cimpacto\u201d que causa;<\/li><li><em>parentalidade consciente<\/em>: cuida da a\u00e7\u00e3o de &#8220;criar&#8221; e do &#8220;impacto&#8221; que ela causa;<\/li><li><em>envelhecimento consciente<\/em>: cuidar da a\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201cenvelhecer\u201d e do \u201cimpacto\u201d que isso causa;<\/li><li><em>alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o consciente<\/em>: cuidar da a\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201ccomer\u201d e do \u201cimpacto\u201d que ela causa;<\/li><li><em>sexualidade consciente<\/em>: cuidar da a\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201cfazer amor\u201d e do \u201cimpacto\u201d que ela causa;<\/li><li>etc., etc., etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os que participamos\nna The School of We gostamos de pensar que um <strong>mundo melhor, mais bonito e\nharmonioso<\/strong> est\u00e1 ao nosso alcance e que talvez o caminho a seguir tenha um\nin\u00edcio identificado: um melhor \u201ceu\u201d, que \u00e9 o mesmo que <strong>um melhor \u201cser\u201d e um\nmelhor \u201cfazer\u201d<\/strong> treinado atrav\u00e9s da pr\u00e1tica da medita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uma pr\u00e1tica completa de mindfulness treina as cinco caracter\u00edsticas que identificamos na primeira parte deste artigo: aten\u00e7\u00e3o, inten\u00e7\u00e3o, atitude, a\u00e7\u00e3o e impacto.
