Ajuda se entendermos a aten\u00e7\u00e3o, a inten\u00e7\u00e3o e a atitude (os tr\u00eas primeiros) como o tri\u00e2ngulo superior que representa facilmente a mente, a pr\u00e1tica dedicada ou o \u201cser\u201d. Por outro lado, atitude, a\u00e7\u00e3o e impacto (os tr\u00eas \u00faltimos) formam o tri\u00e2ngulo inferior e representam o corpo, a pr\u00e1tica integrada ou o \u201cfazer\u201d. A atitude conecta os dois tri\u00e2ngulos. O desenho seguinte ilustra-os facilmente. O primeiro nome que me pareceu adequado foi \u201c<strong>o esqueleto da consci\u00eancia<\/strong>\u201d. Al\u00e9m disso, senti tamb\u00e9m que \u201c<strong>o esqueleto da energia<\/strong>\u201d podia funcionar. No entanto, neste momento, escolho nome\u00e1-lo <strong>\u201co esqueleto do eu\u201d<\/strong>, mesmo que seja muito limitado para transmitir tudo o que est\u00e1 por tr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O esqueleto do eu<\/strong> \u00e9 uma estrutura conceptual que ajuda a navegar com algum conforto em torno das duas quest\u00f5es importantes da vida: \u201c<strong>quem sou eu?<\/strong>\u201d e \u201c<strong>para que estou aqui?<\/strong>\u201d. Essas duas quest\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m podem ter formula\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes, como as utilizadas por Otto Scharmer na sua <a href=\"https:\/\/www.presencing.org\/aboutus\/theory-u\">Teoria-U<\/a>: \u201c<strong>o que \u00e9 meu ser?<\/strong>\u201d e \u201c<strong>qual \u00e9 o meu trabalho?<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A raz\u00e3o por tr\u00e1s de minha escolha pelo \u201cesqueleto do eu\u201d \u00e9 porque ele facilita, por defini\u00e7\u00e3o, o primeiro n\u00edvel de compreens\u00e3o: \u00e9 um esqueleto, algo oculto, mas omnipresente em todos os seres e que \u00e9 a chave para explicar qualquer experi\u00eancia ou movimento. Claro, como a \u00fanica coisa real que podemos experimentar \u00e9 \u201co momento presente\u201d, eu escrevo \u201co passado\u201d ou \u201co futuro\u201d referindo-me a essas experi\u00eancias sobre \u201co passado\u201d ou sobre \u201co futuro\u201d que, consciente ou inconscientemente, est\u00e3o inclu\u00eddas no meu momento \u201cpresente\u201d.<\/li><li> <strong>o eixo vertical<\/strong> refere-se \u00e0 energia da vida: \u201c<strong>o masculino yang<\/strong>\u201d est\u00e1 em cima; \u201c<strong>o feminino yin<\/strong>\u201d est\u00e1 em baixo. Estes conceitos, por si s\u00f3, podem ser confusos, (at\u00e9 conflituantes), mas eu gostaria de pedir um pouco de f\u00e9 aqui. Ent\u00e3o, por favor, aceita-os na compreens\u00e3o mais simples, onde \u201cmasculino yang\u201d se refere a qu\u00e3o consciente ou inconscientemente estamos \u201cfechados\u201d em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 experi\u00eancia atual, e \u201cfeminino yin\u201d se refere a qu\u00e3o consciente ou inconscientemente estamos \u201cabertos\u201d em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 experi\u00eancia atual. <\/li><li><strong>o ponto de cruzamento<\/strong> dos eixos \u00e9 \u201c<strong>o presente<\/strong>\u201d onde \u201c<strong>as energias se encontram e se equilibram<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este terceiro desenho integra totalmente esses conceitos e ilustra o que quero dizer quando penso em \u201c<strong>o eu<\/strong>\u201d. Sei que \u201cnome\u00e1-los\u201d pode ser escorregadio, mas \u00e9 fundamental para nos comunicarmos melhor entre n\u00f3s. Permite-me lembrar a sua defini\u00e7\u00e3o como \u201caquele algo oculto, mas omnipresente em todos os seres (humanos) que \u00e9 a chave para explicar qualquer experi\u00eancia ou movimento\u201d. Al\u00e9m disso, lembremos que tamb\u00e9m tem cinco elementos: <strong>aten\u00e7\u00e3o, inten\u00e7\u00e3o, atitude, a\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e <strong>impacto<\/strong>. \u00c9 importante referir que \u00e9 uma coincid\u00eancia que em ambos os casos estejamos a falar de cinco. Por favor, nota que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 correspond\u00eancia e que isso \u00e9 apenas uma bela coincid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neste ponto, \u00e9 especialmente importante notar que \u00e9 a aten\u00e7\u00e3o, e apenas o movimento da aten\u00e7\u00e3o, o que ajudar\u00e1 a ter consci\u00eancia dos cinco n\u00edveis do \u201ceu\u201d. Na verdade, as tr\u00eas pr\u00e1ticas base do mindfulness (aten\u00e7\u00e3o focada, aten\u00e7\u00e3o aberta e rastreio corporal) compartilham esse objetivo comum e treinam-nos para que possamos voluntariamente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>mover a nossa aten\u00e7\u00e3o para o entorno (que \u00e9 a nossa experi\u00eancia situacional);<\/li><li>mover a nossa aten\u00e7\u00e3o para os pensamentos (que \u00e9 a nossa experi\u00eancia mental);<\/li><li>mover a nossa aten\u00e7\u00e3o para as emo\u00e7\u00f5es (que \u00e9 a nossa experi\u00eancia emocional);<\/li><li>Mover a nossa aten\u00e7\u00e3o para a respira\u00e7\u00e3o e sensa\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas (que \u00e9 a nossa experi\u00eancia f\u00edsica);<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claro, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 importante notar que a aten\u00e7\u00e3o focada \u00e9\nsobre \u201cfechar\u201d ou estreitar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o para algo (como respirar) e a aten\u00e7\u00e3o\naberta \u00e9 sobre \u201cabrir\u201d ou ampliar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o para o todo (como o que vier \u00e0 sua\nmente). Ambas as pr\u00e1ticas se relacionam com o treino das duas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es\nb\u00e1sicas da nossa experi\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica: \u201cfechar\u201d e \u201cabrir\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m disso, pr\u00e1ticas de mindfulness mais completas\norientam-nos a retroceder e a refletir sobre experi\u00eancias passadas, ou a\navan\u00e7ar e visualizar cen\u00e1rios futuros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por outro lado, quaisquer que sejam os movimentos b\u00e1sicos do esqueleto manifestam-se num movimento de empurrar e\/ou puxar de v\u00e1rios dos \u201c5 n\u00edveis do eu\u201d. Noutros tipos de medita\u00e7\u00e3o, como no ioga ou na sexualidade consciente, a ferramenta-chave poderia ser melhor enquadrada como \u201ca\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d (como posi\u00e7\u00f5es corporais ou massagem corporal), pelo que diremos que essas pr\u00e1ticas seguem uma \u201c<strong>abordagem de baixo para cima<\/strong>\u201d. \u00c9 claro que qualquer pr\u00e1tica de medita\u00e7\u00e3o completa abranger\u00e1 e treinar\u00e1 todos os 5 elementos do \u201cesqueleto do eu\u201d, mesmo quando o ponto de partida \u00e9 diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de encerrarmos esta reflex\u00e3o \u00e9 particularmente importante reconhecer que tudo o que dissemos sobre o \u201ceu\u201d n\u00e3o deve ser entendido como uma verdade absoluta. Pelo contr\u00e1rio, tudo o que eu disse sobre o \u201ceu\u201d \u00e9 apenas uma pequena perspetiva de uma verdade infinita. Nenhum pensamento, nenhuma palavra e nenhum desenho jamais pode abra\u00e7ar o infinito. A realidade \u00e9 uma totalidade unificada. O \u201ceu\u201d \u00e9 uma totalidade unificada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mas s\u00f3 temos pensamentos, palavras e desenhos para\ncomunicar entre n\u00f3s. E pensamentos, palavras, desenhos fragmentam a realidade.\nSim, eu sei. Isso talvez traga falsas perce\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a verdade fundamental da\ntotalidade unificada, como qualquer cren\u00e7a de que ela pode ser dividida e\nseparada, e que cada parte tem autonomia e pode ser tratada individualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No entanto, sinto profundamente que essa vis\u00e3o simples do que somos (como seres humanos) me est\u00e1 a ajudar e aos outros na integra\u00e7\u00e3o e evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da nossa pr\u00e1tica de medita\u00e7\u00e3o.
