Consider\u00e1mos um grupo de adultos\nperfeitamente saud\u00e1veis, sem sinais de ansiedade, e priv\u00e1mo-los de dormir por\numa noite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por cada hora em que estiveram\nacordados para al\u00e9m das 16 horas normais, a ansiedade dos participantes come\u00e7ou\na aumentar gradualmente e depois drasticamente e n\u00e3o demonstrou quaisquer sinais\nde nivelamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na verdade, na manh\u00e3\nseguinte, 50% dos participantes no estudo poderiam ter sido diagnosticados como\ntendo &#8220;n\u00edveis cl\u00ednicos&#8221; de um transtorno de ansiedade. E isto apenas\nem 24 horas! Recordo que antes, estavam perfeitamente saud\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9m nos esfor\u00e7\u00e1mos para\ndescobrir por que \u00e9 que isso acontece, por que \u00e9 assim. Porque o c\u00f3rtex\npr\u00e9-frontal, que ajuda a regular o humor e as emo\u00e7\u00f5es, est\u00e1 desconectado dos\ncentros emocionais profundos que desencadeiam a ansiedade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ent\u00e3o, \u00e9 como se toda a\npessoa se tornasse um pedal emocional, sem os trav\u00f5es que representam o seu\nc\u00f3rtex pr\u00e9-frontal e \u00e9 isso que desencadeia essa onda de ansiedade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mas tamb\u00e9m podemos ver o\nlado positivo. Porque tamb\u00e9m descobrimos que, quando demos a essas pessoas uma\nnoite de sono completa e saud\u00e1vel, a quantidade de redu\u00e7\u00e3o na sua ansiedade\ndurante a noite era previs\u00edvel pela quantidade de sono profundo que estavam a\nter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por outras palavras, todos\nn\u00f3s pensamos em como podemos evitar a ansiedade, como podemos reduzir a nossa\nansiedade\u2026 e j\u00e1\u00b4sabem, a medita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 \u00f3tima, algumas pessoas recorrem \u00e0\nmedica\u00e7\u00e3o\u2026 tudo isso eu entendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No entanto, tentar\ncontrolar o seu stress na vida atrav\u00e9s da medita\u00e7\u00e3o&#8230; n\u00e3o \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de\nimplementar. Mas em termos de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o indolor, essa coisa chamada &#8220;uma\nnoite de sono&#8221; est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para todos, como uma receita que se repete\ntodas as noites se a quisermos utilizar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E (uma noite de sono) \u00e9 um\ndos \u201cmedicamentos\u201d mais poderosos do que chamamos de \u201cmedicamentos\nansiol\u00edticos\u201d, um &#8220;medicamento&#8221; completamente natural, sem produtos\nqu\u00edmicos ou drogas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De fato, mesmo neste\nestudo, n\u00e3o se requere uma noite inteira de sono.
