Nesta fase\np\u00f3s-pandemia COVID-19 em que muitas empresas foram for\u00e7adas a pivotar, os\ncolaboradores de todos os n\u00edveis enfrentaram um mundo VUCA (vol\u00e1til, incerto,\ncomplexo, amb\u00edguo) em todos os aspetos da sua vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adicionalmente, a incerteza que vivemos a n\u00edvel social, econ\u00f3mico e pol\u00edtico n\u00e3o vem melhorar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 como negar que vivemos tempos complexos e provocadores e a forma como trabalhamos est\u00e1 a mudar rapidamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No que diz respeito aos efeitos da pandemia na sa\u00fade mental, um estudo observacional desenvolvido pelo Instituto Ricardo Jorge em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a Faculdade de Medicina de Lisboa e a Sociedade Portuguesa de Psiquiatria e Sa\u00fade Mental apresentou valores elevados na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto da COVID-19 na sa\u00fade mental da popula\u00e7\u00e3o em geral, destacando-se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>33,7% de sofrimento psicol\u00f3gico<\/li><li>27% de ansiedade moderada ou grave<\/li><li>26,5% de stress p\u00f3s-traum\u00e1tico<\/li><li>26,4% de depress\u00e3o moderada a\ngrave<\/li><li>25,2% de esgotamento. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estes n\u00fameros agravam-se quando consideramos o subgrupo dos indiv\u00edduos em quarentena, isolamento ou j\u00e1 recuperados, apresentando 72% de sofrimento psicol\u00f3gico, 56% de depress\u00e3o, 36% de ansiedade e 43% de stress p\u00f3straum\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embora os n\u00edveis de esgotamento tenham aumentado devido \u00e0 pandemia, este n\u00e3o \u00e9 um novo desafio para colaboradores e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Em 2019, a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial de Sa\u00fade identificou oficialmente o esgotamento como um &#8220;<em>fen\u00f3meno ocupacional<\/em>&#8221; resultante &#8220;<em>do stress cr\u00f3nico no local de trabalho que n\u00e3o foi gerido com sucesso<\/em>&#8220;.&nbsp;Desenvolver estrat\u00e9gias para gerir o stress \u00e9 essencial para a nossa capacidade de lidar com os desafios e para a nossa capacidade de resili\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A boa not\u00edcia \u00e9 que, de acordo com in\u00fameros estudos realizados em todo o mundo, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/theschoolofwe.com\/pt-pt\/servicos\/programa-bem-estar-emocional-mental\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"desenvolver a intelig\u00eancia emocional e o mindfulness (opens in a new tab)\">desenvolver a intelig\u00eancia emocional e o mindfulness<\/a><\/strong> pode ajudar os indiv\u00edduos a gerir o stress com sucesso, cultivar a resili\u00eancia, aumentar o envolvimento no emprego e at\u00e9 fortalecer a resposta do sistema imunit\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De referir que tamb\u00e9m a OMS, no seu &#8220;<strong><em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Guia para a Sa\u00fade Mental no Trabalho (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/publications\/i\/item\/9789240053052\" target=\"_blank\">Guia para a Sa\u00fade Mental no Trabalho<\/a><\/em><\/strong>&#8221; (em ingl\u00eas) indica que \u201c<em>Interven\u00e7\u00f5es psicossociais entregues universalmente que visam desenvolver as compet\u00eancias dos colaboradores na gest\u00e3o do stress \u2013 <strong>como interven\u00e7\u00f5es baseadas em mindfulness<\/strong> ou abordagens cognitivo-comportamentais \u2013 podem ser consideradas na promo\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sa\u00fade mental positiva, na redu\u00e7\u00e3o do sofrimento emocional e na melhoria da efic\u00e1cia do trabalho<\/em>.\u201d E d\u00e1 algumas dicas como faz\u00ea-lo no &#8220;<strong><em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Guia Ilustrado de Gest\u00e3o de Stress (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/publications\/i\/item\/9789240003927\" target=\"_blank\">Guia Ilustrado de Gest\u00e3o de Stress<\/a><\/em><\/strong>&#8221; (em ingl\u00eas, em breve em portugu\u00eas) que te recomendamos a ler e que podes encontrar <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"aqui (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/publications\/i\/item\/9789240003927\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>aqui<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As organiza\u00e7\u00f5es enfrentam hoje n\u00edveis crescentes de stress e esgotamento com os colaboradores.
