Esta \u201catitude\nmindful\u201d aplica-se a diferentes \u00e1reas e momentos da nossa vida, permitindo-nos\nfocar na experi\u00eancia do momento, tornando poss\u00edvel estarmos mais conscientes do\nimpacto dessa experi\u00eancia em n\u00f3s e \u00e0 nossa volta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o consciente nada mais \u00e9 do que trazer essa atitude para a\nforma como comemos. \u00c9 um conjunto de pr\u00e1ticas que nos permite prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o\nintencionalmente n\u00e3o s\u00f3 aos alimentos que ingerimos, mas tamb\u00e9m a todo o\nprocesso de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (fome, saciedade, digest\u00e3o). A abordagem n\u00e3o \u00e9 baseada\nem dieta, calorias ou peso. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 ajudar as pessoas a desfrutar da\nrefei\u00e7\u00e3o e da comida e incentivar a sua presen\u00e7a atenta na experi\u00eancia\nalimentar, o que, por sua vez, leva a uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o mais saud\u00e1vel e a uma\nmelhor sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os princ\u00edpios da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o consciente t\u00eam uma ampla aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e trazem benef\u00edcios para todos os p\u00fablicos. Podem ser utilizados por pessoas sem nenhum problema de sa\u00fade, restri\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar ou objetivo de peso espec\u00edfico, facilitando uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e consequentemente uma melhor sa\u00fade e bem-estar. Tamb\u00e9m podem ser utilizados de forma complementar por pessoas com transtornos alimentares, restri\u00e7\u00f5es alimentares e controle de peso, sempre sugerindo terapia e\/ou acompanhamento complementar por m\u00e9dico especialista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deixamos-te algumas dicas para uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o mais consciente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comer mais devagar<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Para\num pouco antes de come\u00e7ares a comer para conseguires estar mais presente no\nmomento e desfrutar<\/li><li>Saboreia\na comida (ou a bebida) com todos os sentidos, como se estivesses num menu\ndegusta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li><li>Mastiga\nbem a comida antes de engolir <\/li><li>Pousa\no garfo ou a colher enquanto mastigas<\/li><li>Experimenta\ncomer usando a m\u00e3o n\u00e3o dominante para trazer mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao ato de comer.<\/li><li>Experimenta\ncomer com pauzinhos<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comer a quantidade adequada<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Come\napenas at\u00e9 se sentires 75% cheio<\/li><li>Quando\nte servires, serve uma quantidade mais pequena de comida e repete apenas se ainda\ntiveres fome no final<\/li><li>Utiliza\npratos ou ta\u00e7as de menor dimens\u00e3o<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ter em conta a equa\u00e7\u00e3o da energia<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tem\nsempre em mente a energia que gastas: se gastares mais energia (com exerc\u00edcio,\npor exemplo) necessitas comer mais. Se gastares pouca energia (passando o dia\nsentado ao computador por exemplo), necessitas comer menos<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fazer substitui\u00e7\u00f5es conscientes<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Faz\nsubstitui\u00e7\u00f5es intencionais e programadas de alguns alimentos (caso querias\nop\u00e7\u00f5es mais saud\u00e1veis)<\/li><li>Observa\ne torna mais consciente se a \u201cfome\u201d que sentes \u00e9 por necessidade de comida\n(fome celular ou f\u00edsica) ou se \u00e9 satisfeita de outra forma, podendo assim\nsubstituir (ex: \u201cfome do cora\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d \u00e9 satisfeita com intimidade e conex\u00e3o; \u201cfome\ndos olhos\u201d \u00e9 satisfeita por beleza, etc)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Colocar longe da vista<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Os nossos\nolhos s\u00e3o atra\u00eddos pela imagem da comida, mesmo quando n\u00e3o temos fome. Colocar\nalimentos que queres ingerir em menor quantidade fora do teu alcance ou mais\ndistantes, vai permitir que sejas menos atra\u00eddo por eles.<\/li><li>Experimenta\nfazer algum \u201cjejum\u201d de informa\u00e7\u00e3o. O corpo alimenta-se de comida material, mas\na mente alimenta-se de informa\u00e7\u00e3o. E essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o, muitas vezes \u00fatil, pode,\nem demasia e quando \u00e9 pouco coerente, criar confus\u00e3o, ansiedade, obsess\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praticar o autoconhecimento e a autocompaix\u00e3o<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Observa\nos pensamentos que tens em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 comida e a ti pr\u00f3prio, est\u00e1 atento ao teu\n\u201cperfeccionista interno\u201d, ao teu \u201ccr\u00edtico interno\u201d e observa-os com curiosidade\ne amabilidade. Recorda que os pensamentos s\u00e3o reais mas n\u00e3o obrigatoriamente\nverdadeiros.<\/li><li>A\npr\u00e1tica de medita\u00e7\u00e3o mindfulness ajuda a acalmar a mente e a criar algum espa\u00e7o\nem rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos pensamentos, observando-os sem os ignorar e sem nos deixarmos\nenvolver por eles.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gerir o vazio<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Entender\nque est\u00e1 tudo bem em sentir o \u201cest\u00f4mago vazio\u201d por alguns momentos. Vivemos num\nritmo acelerado em que o tempo de espera (seja para o que for) nos deixa algum\ndesconforto. Reagimos em piloto autom\u00e1tico na tentativa de resolver rapidamente\nqualquer situa\u00e7\u00e3o e isso acontece com a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de est\u00f4mago vazio que tentamos\nimediatamente encher. Para o corpo, os momentos de est\u00f4mago vazio s\u00e3o t\u00e3o\nimportantes como os de est\u00f4mago cheio.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esperemos que estas dicas ajudem!
