Em suma, o mindfulness pode\nser definido como uma pr\u00e1tica que cultiva a capacidade de prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao\nmomento presente e a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o demonstra um amplo cat\u00e1logo de benef\u00edcios\nresultantes da pr\u00e1tica da mindfulness nos dom\u00ednios funcionais da aten\u00e7\u00e3o,\ncogni\u00e7\u00e3o, emo\u00e7\u00e3o e comportamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O que se segue \u00e9 um\nresumo dos principais tra\u00e7os de lideran\u00e7a que o mindfulness ajuda a\ndesenvolver:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Autoconsci\u00eancia e\nautogest\u00e3o:<\/strong> Os grandes l\u00edderes\ns\u00e3o excelentes a liderar-se a si pr\u00f3prios em primeiro lugar.
