Come\u00e7\u00e1mos por apontar numa linha cronol\u00f3gica os momentos impactantes e transformadores das nossas vidas. Escolhemos um deles (o desafio \u00e9 dar continuidade e faz\u00ea-lo com todos) e expressando-o por escrito, ilustrando-o ou mesmo identificando uma imagem que nos surgisse, resignific\u00e1-lo. Neste exerc\u00edcio a abra\u00e7ar no futuro ir\u00e3o certamente surgindo mais acontecimentos a registar no caminho da vida e a partir da\u00ed poderemos fazer uma autobiografia.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em> &#8220;Fal\u00e1mos sobre a morte, muito, sobre como preparar-nos para ela, mas sobressaiu a forma como podemos encarar e viver a vida pela perspetiva da morte e viv\u00ea-la com prop\u00f3sito.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em> &#8220;Refletimos sobre o desapego\/rendi\u00e7\u00e3o, e identific\u00e1mos o que podemos deixar ir: coisas materiais, rela\u00e7\u00f5es, cren\u00e7as, expectativas, etc. de modo a criar espa\u00e7o para tudo o que de novo vem com o amadurecimento.&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em> &#8220;Partilh\u00e1mos muito, medos, desejos, inquieta\u00e7\u00f5es, viv\u00eancias, partilha que termin\u00e1mos com uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o de inten\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o que queremos ser no que nos resta da vida, escrita no tempo presente.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em> \u201cFoi o primeiro passo de um percurso que me ajudar\u00e1 a encontrar a serenidade e a paz numa fase de transi\u00e7\u00e3o que, quase inconscientemente, me tenho recusado a encarar e aceitar.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em> \u201cFoi muito bom!
