Isso faz-me questionar muitas vezes se o maior ato de lideran\u00e7a hoje\u2026 n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 a capacidade de parar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vivemos tempos em que as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es sentem uma press\u00e3o constante para crescer, escalar, acelerar. A linguagem dominante nos neg\u00f3cios (e na sociedade) ainda privilegia m\u00e9tricas de produtividade, expans\u00e3o e performance cont\u00ednua. Durante anos fomos ensinados que liderar bem \u00e9 escalar com efici\u00eancia: aumentar equipas, opera\u00e7\u00f5es, resultados, impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enquanto l\u00edderes, habitu\u00e1mo-nos ao l\u00e9xico da velocidade, como se o \u00fanico caminho poss\u00edvel fosse fazer sempre mais e mais. Mas\u2026 e se o futuro da lideran\u00e7a n\u00e3o estiver em escalar mais r\u00e1pido, mas sim em regenerar mais profundamente?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como facilitadora de processos de autoconsci\u00eancia e transforma\u00e7\u00e3o cultural em organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, tenho testemunhado, com frequ\u00eancia crescente, um cansa\u00e7o estrutural. Os l\u00edderes est\u00e3o exaustos e as equipas oscilam entre a hiperprodutividade e o esgotamento. Mesmo em contextos que integram pr\u00e1ticas \u00e1geis, onde se fala de adaptabilidade, autonomia e inova\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 f\u00e1cil que tudo se reduza \u00e0 velocidade, ao sprint, \u00e0 entrega constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mas a verdadeira agilidade n\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 correr mais depressa. \u00c9 responder com consci\u00eancia. \u00c9 criar espa\u00e7o para a escuta, a presen\u00e7a e o impacto sustent\u00e1vel. \u00c9 construir equipas que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 entregam, mas tamb\u00e9m se regeneram. Que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 reagem, mas tamb\u00e9m refletem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este \u00e9 um paradoxo dif\u00edcil de ignorar: quanto mais insistimos em crescer a qualquer custo, mais fragilizamos os sistemas humanos que sustentam esse crescimento. Por isso acredito que \u00e9 tempo de emergir um novo paradigma. Um paradigma mais sustent\u00e1vel, mais profundo e, arrisco dizer, mais humano. Um paradigma que nos convida a regenerar, em vez de continuar a acelerar de forma autom\u00e1tica e desenfreada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pausar n\u00e3o significa abdicar de crescer, significa crescer com discernimento. Demasiada velocidade conduz inevitavelmente ao piloto autom\u00e1tico e o piloto autom\u00e1tico raramente \u00e9 f\u00e9rtil em inova\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando crescemos sem consci\u00eancia, n\u00e3o estamos necessariamente a evoluir. Muitas vezes estamos apenas a repetir padr\u00f5es antigos com mais intensidade. E \u00e9 a\u00ed que surge o verdadeiro risco: exaust\u00e3o, desmotiva\u00e7\u00e3o, apatia, perda de talento e de resili\u00eancia organizacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O que proponho n\u00e3o \u00e9 abrandar por abrandar. \u00c9 reconhecer que, por vezes, s\u00f3 na pausa conseguimos escutar o que verdadeiramente precisa de emergir. S\u00f3 nesse espa\u00e7o conseguimos ajustar a dire\u00e7\u00e3o, redefinir a estrat\u00e9gia e identificar o ritmo mais sustent\u00e1vel, que permita crescimento com futuro, n\u00e3o apenas com pressa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acredito profundamente que a lideran\u00e7a consciente, se quiser ser mais do que uma ideia bonita, precisa de se enraizar neste princ\u00edpio regenerativo. Porque consci\u00eancia sem a\u00e7\u00e3o integrada&#8230; n\u00e3o transforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta regenera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 um conceito et\u00e9reo &#8211; \u00e9 uma pr\u00e1tica. Carol Sanford, uma das pioneiras nesta abordagem, lembra-nos que as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es mais vivas e resilientes s\u00e3o aquelas que investem no desenvolvimento humano como n\u00facleo estrat\u00e9gico e n\u00e3o como um complemento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pessoalmente, tenho tido o privil\u00e9gio de acompanhar l\u00edderes e equipas que, mesmo em ambientes de elevada exig\u00eancia, escolhem parar. Respirar. Sentir o que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o est\u00e1 a funcionar, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 nos processos ou objetivos, mas nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es, nos ritmos, nos modos de ser. E \u00e9 nesse parar, nesse desacelerar consciente, que algo come\u00e7a, lentamente, a mudar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regenerar exige coragem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A coragem de parar quando tudo \u00e0 nossa volta pede pressa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A coragem de escutar quando o ru\u00eddo interno grita solu\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A coragem de mudar o que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o serve, mesmo que tenha sido \u00fatil um dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A coragem de liderar com presen\u00e7a, quando o sistema te empurra para a reatividade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acredito profundamente que o futuro da lideran\u00e7a consciente depende desta viragem. De conseguirmos substituir o impulso de fazer sempre mais pelo compromisso de fazer com mais inten\u00e7\u00e3o. De decidir menos por rea\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica e mais por alinhamento. De criar culturas onde seja poss\u00edvel crescer\u2026 sem nos perdermos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma proposta contra o crescimento. Regenerar n\u00e3o significa fazer menos.
