Complementary programs – Psychological Safety & Collaboration
This workshop explores what makes a team sufficiently safe for people to speak up, ask questions, admit mistakes, ask for help, disagree and contribute ideas without excessive fear of judgment or negative consequences. The focus is on understanding how everyday behaviors, leadership dynamics and the quality of relationships influence trust and participation within teams.
Throughout the Workshop, practical approaches are explored to improve listening, openness to disagreement, feedback, learning from mistakes and collaboration, creating the conditions for more relationships that are more honest and teams that are more capable of learning, deciding and working together.
