Monthly, we send out a newsletter with published resources. To receive it, you can register HERE. We offer an open mindfulness practice to all our alumni, their friends and family.

For whom: The entire TSoW community in Portugal.
Content: A Mindfulness meditation practice in portuguese, with a brief introduction and some tips for integrating the practices.
When: On the second day of each month at 21:00 (PT).
Duration: 30 minutes.
