Facilitation of a training session for Tenthpin, organized by SFORI, dedicated to communication and effectiveness in an organizational context. The session worked on essential human skills for more effective collaboration and execution, focusing on clarity, attention, trust, alignment of expectations, priority management, and difficult conversations. A practical and experiential approach geared towards more relational, conscious leadership capable of responding to complexity with greater clarity and collaboration.
