This November 25th, I was invited to offer the Opening Conference at the Congress of the Portuguese Association of Hospital Pharmaceuticals. It fills me with pride and joy that at a Congress with a fully clinical and scientific focus there is an opportunity to talk about Mindfulness and how its practice can help to create greater Health and Well-Being! It was a rewarding and refreshing experience! It was a rewarding and refreshing experience to be among colleagues sharing what I love and what I feel is useful!
