Human capabilities to work and lead in a world with AI

The WE+HUMAN is a program developed by The School of We to strengthen the human capabilities essential in a rapidly transforming world of work.
In a context marked by greater speed, uncertainty, demands and the growing presence of artificial intelligence, “being well” does not simply mean managing stress better. It means being able to maintain attention and clarity, regulate our responses, preserve our capacity for choice, relate well to others and act sustainably.
The program combines mindfulness, emotional intelligence, neuroscience and experiential learning, translating these foundations into practical tools for work and leadership.

Foundations

Emotional Intelligence
Recognizing and understanding emotions (our own and others’) allows us to respond with greater balance, communicate better, deal with demanding situations and build healthier and more effective professional relationships.
Mindfulness
The ability to observe our experience with greater presence allows us to recognize automatic patterns, manage attention more effectively and create space between stimulus and response. It is an essential foundation for clarity, self-regulation and intentional choice.
Neuroscience
Understanding some of the mechanisms of attention, emotion, stress and habit formation helps us recognize automatic patterns and develop more adaptive responses.
Human Sustainability
Well-being at work does not depend only on an individual’s ability to cope with pressure. It also results from the way we work, relate, lead, make decisions and use technology.
