Show up.
Cook dinner.
Wipe the counters.
Apologize when you snap.
Listen when you’d rather run.
Do the ordinary things of life with love,
even when nobody’s watching,
even when there’s no applause.
Forget transcendence.
come home.
Be human.
Be present in your life.
That’s the real “spiritual practice”.
