The Nature-based Well-being in 5 steps program is a theoretical-practical program in which participants understand how nature activates automatic positive responses in the self, such as wonder, states of relaxation, sensory pleasure and happiness.

With this program we aim to help participants to integrate knowledge of the relationship between the natural environment and well-being, in addition to providing skills that improve the quality of life.
